Lunch could be egg over Nasi Goreng or steamed rice with curried vegetables and chicken or pork

Dinner usually consists of fresh catch of the day from the local fishermen, grilled on wood-fired barrel oven. It could also be Beef Rendang or roasted shoulder of lamb with baked garlic and roasted vegetables
